Farmhouse Annexe B and B

We have converted the end of the Farmhouse (seen in the photo under the Velux windows) into a separate annexe which is now available on a Bed and Breakfast or room only basis, to compliment the cottages and provide additional rooms.

On two floors, connected by a private staircase, the annexe includes a TV lounge/diner over looking the gardens and courtyard, and a double bedroom upstairs with ensuite luxury shower room.

There are full tea and coffee making facilities with a private fridge for fresh milk/wine etc. Breakfast can be taken in either the private dining area or the family farmhouse Kitchen. We normally provide a range of cereals, fruit juices, tea/fresh coffee followed by a full English breakfast including award winning locally produced sausages and our own fresh eggs, toast and a selection of preserves. However, if you have any special requirements or requests please do not hesitate to ask and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

B and B Tariff:

• Prices from £50.00 to £85 per night depending on season.
  
• We do have a single put me up which can be made available at an additional £15 per night including breakfast.
  
• For stays of 2 nights and over the tariffs are negotiable.
